Toasted bread with tomato marinated in olive oil, garlic and basil with rocket
Caprese (V)
tomato, mozzarella and basil with balsamic reduction and extra virgin olive oil

With cherry tomato, lemon and caper sauce served with green beans and roasted new potatoes
Chicken Marsala
Pan fried chicken breast finished in a creamy garlic mushrooms and marsala wine sauce served with roasted new potatoes and broccoli
Pork belly
Apple cider and honey glazed pork belly served with crushed potatoes, pancetta and sage sauce garnished with parsnip crisps
Sirloin steak (£2 surcharge)
6oz sirloin steak cooked to your liking served with chips and salad (Add peppercorn sauce, crispy peppered onions or mushrooms for £1.50 each)

Tomato and mozzarella base (vegan cheese available) with two toppings of your choice : Pepperoni, goats cheese, chicken, pancetta, egg, mushrooms, spinach or peppers (Extra toppings at £1.50 each)
